Beware of hidden costs. Spent under 30 minutes with the doctor and the charge was $587.00 This was broken into 2 charges. half was coded for a medicare visit and the other was for Facility a non Medicare covered charge. Leaving me owing $305 surprise charge. Billing no help. AI bots

This was my 3rd appointment at this office and each time I’ve had a horrible experience. The first time I waited over 3 months for an appointment with a preferred doctor & when I got there they didn’t even notify me and just sent me to a different one. Then brought in a student and asked if I felt comfortable and would be okay with it, when I hesitated since it was my first ever gyno appointment and said I wasn’t comfortable they insisted and said the student would just be watching and just disregarded my polite request of the student not being there. Same with my second appointment, a male doctor came in and asked, when I refused he said he only asks because he preferred for another female to be present.. the third and officially my final time I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment just to be seen for 5 minutes and told to schedule an ultrasound for further examination. I went to schedule an ultrasound with the referral provided and the referral was for a completely other patient with all their personal information which means my personal information is probably with another patient. I have tried calling them over 10 times since yesterday and not one of those calls have been

This place is either fairly new or they are about to close some offices up and change them. There are a lot of empty rooms. The pharmacy on the main floor does have some snacks like chips and such but not too full-on snacks and the same with shelves for meds. The lady who signed up at the Imagery desk was very polite. The young girl who helped my Grandma with her MRA was very polite and helpful and had patience. Thank you. Adding a few pictures so others can see the place and it may help. The garage has an 8' 2" Clearance. Go in off Calhoun st and was able to park under a large overhang to get my Grandma out and sit on a bench so I could go park in the Free parking garage. Made me happy. Also, the little street between the parking garage and the building is a two street only up to just past the garage entryway. After that, it turns into one-way driving to go out on Schaefer.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED. I saw a student Dr that informed me I would have to go to any other corwell facility of my choice, to have my blood drawn and xrays taken. Wait What!! Excuse me Your Facility WAS my facilty of choice. NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR A FULLY STAFFED MEDICAL CENTER AGAIN. I DO NOT PLAN ON GOING BACK TO WHAT CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED AN EMPTY SHELL 😠 I've Never Seen Anything Like This Before and Hope to Never Again. VERY WEIRD EXPERIENCE.
